We hope you love your new PRESSIO garments; ultimately, the decision on size and style is up to you as a customer. We understand, however, that sometimes things don't go to plan. Change of mind for online orders:
If you have changed your mind about an item that you have ordered online, we are happy to provide you with a refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to arrange an exchange for you. Once we have received the garment back, a full refund will be credited back to your credit card. If you were looking for a different size/color, the best thing to do is to create a separate order. Faulty Items: We take quality control seriously, but if for some reason you think a faulty product has sneakily slipped under our radar, please contact us at email@example.com for Australia, New Zealand & North America, within 30 days so we can sort it out (this doesn't include items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear) and we are happy to provide you with a refund.
Please allow seven business days for the return to be processed.
If you would like to return an item, the shipping cost is not covered by PRESSIO.
We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method as PRESSIO will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. We will not refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product shipped to you.
Full price item(s) are valid for return within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, the item(s) will not be accepted. Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
