RETURNS
Our change of mind policy applies in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. Pressio’s customer return policy and the procedure is here to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.
We will allow a change of mind return for a refund, provided that the item in question is:
IMPORTANT - Pressio takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. Please take care in wrapping your return item/s safely and securely. If returning to our warehouse, you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us. We recommend that you obtain sufficient postal insurance for the value of the goods returned in case your item goes missing on its way back to us.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer exchanges – all returns will be refunded if they meet the above terms and conditions. Should you wish to swap for a different product, return the original for a refund and purchase the new item through Pressio.com
REFUND
We are happy to offer a full refund on all full-priced items, excluding underwear and socks, for up to 30 days from purchase provided the items meet the above requirements.
Once we have received your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.
Item/s that were bought during a sale or discount promotion will be refunded for the amount that was paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.
When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. Once the refund has been processed, the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 10 business days, depending on your bank. (Allow longer during the Christmas / New Year Period).
I think my item might be faulty on arrival?

Purchased elsewhere?
Items purchased from a Pressio retail partner, must be returned to the store of purchase.
