Domestic Delivery and Delivery Times - USA
We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday, within 1-2 business days from receiving your order. All orders are shipped standard ground unless expedited service is requested. Expedited shipping costs will be paid by customer and will be added to the order. Orders placed on public holidays will be sent out within the next two working days. During National and State-specific public holidays or busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
What is Authority to Leave?
Our orders are sent with Authority to Leave, will be left in a safe place if you are not available to sign for your order. The team at PRESSIO works hard to deliver orders within the given timeframes. Postal delays are out of our control, and unfortunately, refunds or cancellations are not permitted if the shipment arrival times exceed the estimated times outlined or are damaged as a result of your parcel being left without a signature.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is assigned to every order as soon as it has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email stating that your parcel is on its way. This email will also have your tracking number, so it's really important that the email address is entered correctly when the order is placed.
Do you ship to PO Box Numbers?
No, unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please use a street address when placing your order to avoid delays.
The USA site only ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, US Territories and USPS Military APO & FPO addresses worldwide. If you are located outside of one of these locations, please redirect to your country’s Pressio site or Pressio global site.
